When jogging and blogging go together

 
Here's one of my first attempts at shadow shots taken at sunrise when hubby and I went jogging at the park.
 
  
 And while mom and dad are jogging, 10-month old baby enjoys the sights around such as the squirrels chasing each other on the trees, the birds hovering up in the sky or hopping close to him, the fish and turtles swimming and the  the noisy water dynamo that filters the dirt at the park ponds.
    
Aside from the tracks made for walking and jogging in the park to make people healthy, there are lots of flora such as these beautiful waterlilies and fauna, too, to behold and destress busy people like us. Of course, photography (for a beginner like me) as well as blogging is one great destressing activity but we need to exercise if we want to prolong our life. I gained 5kgs after giving birth so I need to lose weight now that my surgery has finally healed. We are so blessed to have this place close by where daily photography (for blogging) and exercise are made possible to complement each other.
