I haven't taken Valentine's stuffs at department stores for Ruby Tuesday so I'm sharing one of nature's Valentine's symbols - heart-shaped inverted banana blossom (called banana heart, thanks to Anni).
Here are some great Valentine's gifts- a red Bromeliad
and red Euphorbia.

Those are lovely rubies, I remember my wife telling me that you cook the heart of banana (she call it puso ng saging) is that how you call it in the Philippines?

I actually think it's called the banana heart! At least that's what they call 'em in USA's plant nurseries. Here's a photo of one Banana Heart
